Since Common Ground Constantiaberg is all about making much of Jesus, our Youth Ministry is about the exact same thing.

We want to see youth that aren’t afraid to face the challenges that come with being a teenager because they know the truth of the gospel, and live lives that are passionate about following Jesus.

At JNR YTH our heart is to help preteens know Jesus personally, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Him every day. We create fun, faith-filled spaces where kids in Grades 5–7 can build real friendships, ask big questions, and grow in confidence as young disciples of Jesus at school, at home, and wherever life takes them.

We meet on Fridays during school term from 5:30pm-7pm at the Cape Academy

Grade 8 - 12

At Frequency we desire an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. We are a community of young people who aren’t perfect but we know we are loved!

Our mission is simple: To become more like Christ.

We meet on Fridays during school term from 7pm-9pm at the Cape Academy

SUNDAYS

GRADES 7-8

Shift serves our teenagers through teaching the Bible, having fun and building relationships, while journeying with them as they explore and ask questions of their own faith. Our desire is for them to find and follow Jesus with a greater ownership of their own faith journey.

We meet every Sunday at our morning meetings.
